We are pleased to offer accommodation in the UCLA Dorms for participants of the 14th International Conference on Bayesian Nonparametrics.

Accommodations in UCLA dorms for participants of the 14th International Conference on Bayesian Nonparametrics ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT. We invite people to  continue pre-booking so that we can plan additional rooms with UCLA Housing. Reservations will be put on a waiting list for now. We plan to let people know by the second or third week of February if additional reservations are available. 

The dorms provide a convenient and affordable option for your stay during the conference.

Dates and Booking

• Check-in: Sunday, June 22, 2025
• Check-out: Saturday, June 28, 2025

Please note that dorm rooms must be booked as a block for the entire duration of the conference.

Room Types and Occupancy

UCLA offers a variety of room types to suit different preferences and needs:

• Private Bath Accommodations: Single or double occupancy rooms with a private bathroom.
• Shared Bath Accommodations: Single or double occupancy bedrooms with a shared bathroom between each two rooms.

All rooms can accommodate double occupancy, allowing you to share with a colleague or companion.

The shared bath accommodations feature two separate bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom.

This arrangement provides a balance of privacy and convenience, with each bedroom having its own lockable door. For more information, see pictures and videos at the end of this page.

Meal Plan included

The accommodation package includes a meal plan with breakfast and lunch served at the UCLA Commons. The meal plan starts with breakfast on the day after your arrival and ends with lunch on the day of your departure.

Dining Hours:

Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Lunch: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Check-in and Check-out

UCLA Conferences & Catering cannot guarantee early check-in prior to this time. However, every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals as individual rooms become available.

Room keys must be returned to the Front Desk upon departure. Late check-out without prior approval or failure to check out at the Front Desk will result in charges for additional nights’ stay.

Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Room Keys

• A room key will be provided, granting access to both sleeping facilities and dining rooms.
  
• Lost or unreturned keys will incur the following charges:
  • Electronic Key: $10.00
  • Metal Key: $60.00

Dining Policies

If you have any specific dietary requirements, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Meals, except for catered events, are served all-you-care-to-eat.

All food and beverages must be consumed in the dining room.

The accommodation package includes:

• A meal plan with breakfast and lunch served at the UCLA Commons. The plan begins with breakfast the morning after your arrival and ends with lunch on the day of your departure.
• All applicable local and state taxes.
• Note: Credit card fees (approximately 4%) are not included.

Please note that, due to limited availability, room selection between private and shared bathrooms will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Should adjustments to room assignments become necessary, we will communicate directly with the affected participants.

Limited Three-Person Occupancy Rooms

A small number of rooms may be made available for three-person occupancy at the following rates (per room, per night):

• Private Bath Triple: $348/night
• Shared Bath Triple: $333/night

Please note that these rates are contingent on renegotiating our contract with UCLA Catering and Housing. To proceed with this option, we need to first understand interest in triple occupancy rooms in order to avoid potential financial losses.
